On Saturday, February 28 from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, Limitless Chiropractic is hosting an Empowered Birth Class at our Mandeville office, led collaboratively by midwife Grace Jackson of Grace Midwifery and chiropractor Dr. Jason O’Rear.

This free class is designed to help expecting mothers feel informed, confident, and supported as they prepare for birth. Together, we’ll break down the three essentials of an easier, more empowered birth:

✨ Passage — How pelvic alignment, mobility, and the nervous system support influence labor
✨ Passenger — How your baby’s position and movement play a key role in birth
